Iowa Sign Company is seeking a full time sign installer. Candidate must have good knowledge of tools, be comfortable with heights and have good time management. You must be able to work in the outdoors in all weather conditions. Must also have great customer service skills and great attitude and be a team player. Teamwork and the ability to work with tight deadlines is a must. You should have the ability to lift over 50 lbs and be able to work on ladders and booms as required for some jobs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Remove / Install / repair / service / maintenance:
2. Patch and paint walls.
3. Survey jobs site, gather information for installation
4. Operate booms
ABILITIES:
Climb ladders, stairs and some times work at heights that exceed 30 feet
Dig foundation- holes
Handle vibration- jackhammer, heavy-duty and small tools
Friendly demeanor (a must)
Professionalism and confidence in all aspects of work performance
Professionalism in communications with others
Be able to maintain all tools in the proper work area without any loss or damage
Must have a valid driver’s license
Clean driving record
Weeding, masking, mounting of cut vinyl
Clean and neat (self and work area)
Can-do / Will-do attitude
Willing and able to communicate well with other team members and clients
Good eye for detail and measurements
Reliable, punctual, presentable, enthusiastic, and have an honest, hard-working attitude.
Organized, intelligent, and a willingness to go beyond what is asked of you.
Ability to take direction and follow through with what is asked of you in a timely manner.
Pass random drug test
Pay based on experience and will train the right individual.
POSITION COMPENSATION/INCENTIVES:
• Hourly wage
• Guaranteed 40 hour work week (Monday-Friday)
